Rigid setup boxes are generally a two-piece design with a lid made to match the base. They are made from non-bending recycled chipboard, usually laminated with special paper. Thousands of colors and textures of boxwrap paper are available, in addition to custom-printed boxwraps. Your boxwrap can also be foil-stamped with your company logo or other graphics to produce a truly distinctive box that accentuates the quality of the product inside. Setup boxes are often used for retail display or as high-end giftware packaging. Custom-designed inserts made of velour-flocked foam, velour-faced chipboard or other materials can be included to protect your product and display it in the most appealing way. Setup boxes can also be made with transparent plastic lids that provide excellent visibility. The design of a setup box creates a very good rigid container which, when combined with a custom insert, fitted sleeve and the proper shipping case, provides superior protection for fragile merchandise.
